How much water should I drink per day?
Two options:
#1 - Try to shoot for 64oz, more if you worked out that day.

#2 - Try this formula:
Goal weight/2 = # ounces per day
Ex. 160/2 = 80oz
I barely drink water so how should I start?
Start slowly!

Week 1 & 2
  • Shoot for 24-32oz
Week 3 & 4
