- 200 m run
Rest for 3-5 minutes in between rounds.
Workout #2

- 20 jumping jacks
- 100 m run
- 10 sit-ups or 20 crunches
Rest for 3-5 minutes in between rounds.
Strength Training
Workout #1
4 rounds
- 10 dumbbell squats (10-20 lbs)
- 6 dumbbell shoulder presses (10-20 lbs)
- 5 push-ups
- 10 sit-ups or 20 crunches
Rest for 3-5 minutes in between rounds.
Workout #2
4 rounds
- 6 dumbbell chest presses (10-20 lbs)
- 6 dumbbell bicep curls (10-20 lbs)
- 6 dumbbell shoulder press (10-20 lbs)
- 10 sit-ups or 20 crunches
Rest for 3-5 minutes in between rounds.
