Cardio

Workout #1
3 rounds
  • 10 squats
  • 200 m run
Rest for 3-5 minutes in between rounds.

Workout #2
4 rounds
  • 20 jumping jacks
  • 100 m run
  • 10 sit-ups or 20 crunches
Rest for 3-5 minutes in between rounds.

Strength Training

Workout #1
4 rounds
  • 10 dumbbell squats (10-20 lbs)
  • 6 dumbbell shoulder presses (10-20 lbs)
  • 5 push-ups
  • 10 sit-ups or 20 crunches
Rest for 3-5 minutes in between rounds.

Workout #2
4 rounds
  • 6 dumbbell chest presses (10-20 lbs)
  • 6 dumbbell bicep curls (10-20 lbs)
  • 6 dumbbell shoulder press (10-20 lbs)
  • 10 sit-ups or 20 crunches
Rest for 3-5 minutes in between rounds.
