TRAINING

The first session is free and does not require a membership. Please fill out the form above or email info@thesailife.com with your availability and we will confirm the day and time.

Sessions can run anywhere from 30-50 minutes. It is not the time that matters but the workout itself. Some intense workouts can even be done in 20 minutes.

The session can also be adjusted to any time constraints you may have to make sure you're able to get the workout in!

Membership plans include direct contact with Sai via text and phone.

Upon the start of your membership, you will need to fill out a waiver and pay for your first month. After your first month, you will be charged on the same day every month. For those with payment dates of the 29th-31st and the month is shorter, you will be charged on the last day of the month.

You can cancel at any time. Memberships will be terminated at the end of the last paid month.

United States: Orders over $50 have FREE shipping! Orders under $50 have a $5 flat shipping fee.

Other countries: $5 USD per item

Because all items are printed when ordered, the time it takes to receive your order is the combination of two factors, fulfillment and shipping.

Fulfillment covers the preparation of each product including printing and packing and can take 2-7 business days.

Shipping is the time it takes to be mailed to you once it leaves the warehouse as follows:

• US: 3-4 business days

• Canada: 6-10 business days

• International: 5-20 business days

For example, an order placed in the US can take up to 11 business days from the time of ordering because of the 7 business days to fulfill and 4 business days to ship the order.

Please note that due to Covid-19, fulfillment and shipping times may take longer because of delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers.

All shipping methods have tracking but frequency and details can vary depending on shipping carrier.

You might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue when unpacking printed clothing that you ordered. It's from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and is not permanent.

Fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints to help bond the ink with the fabric so that the ink doesn't flake off the garment.

The vinegar smell and residue should both go away after one wash. Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We only accept exchanges for the same item and can be a different size. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it with any tags or labels in tact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To request an exchange, please contact us at store@thesailife.com within 14 days of delivery and include your order number. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that shipping will be at your expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email us at store@thesailife.com within 14 days of delivery and include the following:

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as masks). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


REFUNDS
We will notify you if you are eligible for a refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
