  • Carb down! Try not to eat carbs after 5pm.
  • Caffeinate in order to dominate! Drink coffee or tea a few times a day.

  • Go nuts! Eat a handful of raw nuts like walnuts or almonds.
  • Burn it! Add some spice to your meals.
  • Stretch the mind! Meditate and do some light stretching 30 minutes before bedtime.
