Blog-Mind Booster Shake-The Sai Life
  • 2 cups water or unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbs ground coffee
  • Ginkgo biloba powder*
  • 2-3 pieces dark chocolate (70%+ cacao)
  • 1-2 scoops protein powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
*Use recommended dosage.
  1. Add almond milk and dark chocolate to blender.
  2. While blending, add ground coffee, cinnamon, ginkgo biloba and protein powder.
  3. Blend for additional 20-30 seconds.
  4. Enjoy!
