What We Do

We provide outdoor workouts in the West Los Angeles area as well as onsite and online training. Our goal is to make the workouts interesting and challenging. Based on your skill and fitness level, we focus on FORM and incorporate all types of exercises:

Owner/Trainer

I am a NASM and ISSA certified personal trainer. I was formerly at 24 Hour Fitness and am a contributor for VoyageLA. I train all ages and fitness levels. I’ll do whatever it takes to guide and support you in reaching your goals. I’m not just your trainer for the hour, but I’m always available to help you.

Personal Training

If you prefer training on your own, we can arrange your own time and can even come to you.

Try us out first! For Group and Personal Training, come for a free training session. For Online Coaching, get a free consultation by phone.

  1. Submit The Sai Life Waiver and Release Form

    Fill out the form and include three possible days and times for your free training session or consultation. Please select dates at least two days later to allow time for scheduling and confirmation.

  2. Receive Free Session/Consultation Information

    We will email you with the scheduled date and time of your free session/consultation as well as additional related information.

  3. Confirm Date and Time of Free Session/Consultation

    Please respond to our email and confirm that you can make it for the scheduled date and time. If you do not respond 12 hours before the scheduled session/consultation, it will be cancelled and you will need to email to reschedule.

  4. Attend Free Session/Consultation

    The free training session will consist of going over medical history and goals, stretching, a workout with 4-5 exercises, and Q&A. The free consultation will have a similar structure except the stretching and workout will be discussed during the call.

  5. Schedule Next Session and Select Membership Plan

    When you are ready to start your training membership, let us know when you would like to schedule your first official session and which membership plan works for you. We will set you up and provide payment information.
