This is how he lost major body fattage, yes fattage, in less than 2 months👇🏽⁠

The Sai Life Tidbits Of Fitness Success⁠

  • Understand that getting in shape takes a lot of patience and will be hard!⁠
  • Get sleep because it helps with building muscle and losing weight.⁠
  • Be consistent in eating clean, drinking water., and working out*.⁠
  • Focus on getting stronger instead of the number on the scale.⁠

*He works out 5/6 times a week.⁠

Young Padawan’s Workout
30 mins⁠
(Do as many rounds as you can)⁠
2 Australian push-ups⁠
3 deadlifts (165 lbs)⁠
5 kettlebell swings (30 lbs)⁠
3 frog jump burpees⁠
15 second battle rope jump slams⁠

If he didn’t already have a great job, I would recommend him going into the personal training world some time next year.⁠ #TheFitSchmidt 💪🏽⁠
