The Sai Life Tidbits Of Fitness Success
- Understand that getting in shape takes a lot of patience and will be hard!
- Get sleep because it helps with building muscle and losing weight.
- Be consistent in eating clean, drinking water., and working out*.
- Focus on getting stronger instead of the number on the scale.
*He works out 5/6 times a week.
Young Padawan’s Workout
(Do as many rounds as you can)
2 Australian push-ups
3 deadlifts (165 lbs)
5 kettlebell swings (30 lbs)
3 frog jump burpees
15 second battle rope jump slams
If he didn’t already have a great job, I would recommend him going into the personal training world some time next year. #TheFitSchmidt 💪🏽
